Job Summary
Lead product operations, commercialization, and AI-transformation initiatives for Logical’s digital marketing offerings. Define, package, and evolve products in partnership with Sales, Product, Operations, and executive leadership to ensure products are differentiated, scalable, and revenue-aligned. Establish operating frameworks, SOPs, governance, and cross-functional processes; drive ICP alignment, packaging, and strategic rollout across service lines. Spearhead AI-forward strategies, automation opportunities, and tech-enabled improvements to enhance decision-making, client experience, and delivery speed. Build dashboards and KPIs to measure product health, profitability, retention, and revenue contribution; enable sales and delivery teams with robust materials and workflows. Foster leadership collaboration across Product, Sales, Delivery, Operations, Insight, Creative, Automation, and Leadership to remove blockers and scale operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
