Job Summary
Digital Marketing & CRM Manager responsible for leading email marketing and CRM initiatives across Proctors Collaborative’s programs and audiences. Responsibilities include designing and executing comprehensive email marketing strategies, managing promotional and transactional email campaigns, integrating with Tessitura and other CRM platforms, building audience segmentation to drive engagement and conversions, and maintaining compliance with CAN-SPAM. Responsibilities also cover managing venue digital screens and content, supporting website and digital platform updates, coordinating cross-department marketing efforts, and maintaining patron data integrity with segmentation and reporting to inform decision-making. The role requires collaboration with Account Executives, strong data analysis, A/B testing, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced nonprofit arts environment; 5+ years in B-to-C email marketing or digital marketing and an associate degree are preferred, with experience in marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Tessitura, Prospect2, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) highly valued. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
