Job Summary
Support the execution and deployment of digital campaigns across paid media, social media, websites, and email marketing channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets, review deliverables for brand consistency, and ensure timely delivery. Assist with website content updates for accuracy, compliance, and SEO best practices while coordinating requests with legal, compliance, and vendor stakeholders. Organize creative files and marketing assets to maintain efficient version control. This role reports to the Manager, Digital Marketing and requires onsite presence four days per week. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in digital marketing, project coordination, creative production
- Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced team environment
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player mindset with the ability to react positively to changing priorities in support of broader team objectives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of creative and project management tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and illustrator) and JIRA
- Combines marketing rigor with enthusiasm, approaching work with both analytical discipline and a strong passion for digital marketing excellence
