Job Summary
Digital Marketing Coordinator at Honda Center responsible for planning and executing email and online advertising campaigns for the Anaheim Ducks and Premium Seating to maximize sales revenue, data acquisition, fan engagement, awareness and lead generation; analyze and report on digital marketing performance to drive optimization; coordinate email initiatives, support revenue and brand initiatives, manage vendors and platforms, develop web pages and promotional placements, collaborate with social and New Media teams, and assist with migration to Salesforce Marketing Cloud while ensuring content aligns with brand expectations and supports lead generation and campaign ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2-3 years of digital marketing or related experience
- Experience with marketing automation systems, lead generation and nurturing, email marketing, basic HTML editing, landing page development, surveys, forms, social media and campaign reporting
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing automation platforms
- Working knowledge of paid social advertising, display, SEM and SMS strategies and best practices
- Knowledge of hockey preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to be self-motivated and creative
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
