Job Summary
Plan and execute email and online advertising campaigns for the Anaheim Ducks and Premium Seating at Honda Center to maximize sales revenue, data acquisition, fan engagement, awareness and lead generation. Analyze and report on digital marketing performance to drive optimization. Responsibilities include coordinating email marketing initiatives, automated lead nurturing, and customer notifications; supporting revenue-generation campaigns and brand/fan-engagement initiatives across multiple lines; managing online advertising (display and SEM); monitoring creative, ROI, and performance; managing SMS campaigns; growing subscriber base and scheduling campaigns; developing relevant web pages and landing pages with the New Media team; collaborating with Social Media and Marketing teams on cross-channel campaigns; staying current on digital marketing best practices; liaising with Ticketmaster to maximize marketing assets; assisting analytics efforts and migration of programs to Salesforce Marketing Cloud; supporting lead generation and ensuring content aligns with brand expectations; developing and supporting lead generation programs for Premium Seating and Ducks; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2-3 years of digital marketing or related field experience
- Experience with marketing automation systems
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms
- Experience with paid social, display, SEM and SMS strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of hockey preferred
