Job Summary
Digital Marketing Coordinator responsible for executing website updates across WordPress, managing SEO, content management, paid media coordination, and supporting lead generation campaigns to drive brand awareness, tours, and move-ins. The role includes campaign QA, tracking implementation, analytics (GA4, GSC), optimization recommendations, local listings management, and collaboration with designers, developers, and vendor partners to improve website performance and conversion rates across multiple brands and communities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of digital marketing, website management, online listing management, SEO, website analytics, or advertising support
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, CRM systems, call tracking platforms, marketing automation tools, and online reputation management platforms such as Reputation.com is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills
- Familiarity with WordPress multisite environments (preferred)
- Understanding of paid media performance metrics and reporting (preferred)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (a plus)
- Experience working with external agencies or vendors (preferred)
