Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate digital marketing delivery for the Americas region, including publishing and editing webpages, social media posts, and email campaigns; perform QA and analytics reporting; support virtual events; collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives; leverage CMS tools (Sitecore a plus), Coveo for search adjustments, Google Analytics for data, and image editing with Photoshop; practical HTML skills and bilingual English/Spanish communications are required; minimum 2 years’ experience in professional services or digital shared services preferred; role offered in a hybrid arrangement based in Miami, Atlanta, or San Juan.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional services firm, digital shared services role
- Basic HTML coding
- Photoshop skills
- Experience with a content management system (Sitecore a plus)
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with Vuture email marketing platform and InterAction CRM system preferred
- Strong written and verbal English and Spanish language communications skills
