Job Summary
From The Earth seeks a Digital Marketing Coordinator & Content Creator to own the brand’s digital presence in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. Responsibilities include day-to-day social media management across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Google Business Profile, TikTok), content production (photo/video on iPhone or camera; short-form video for Reels/TikTok), employee spotlights and product showcases, maintaining a weekly content calendar, on-camera appearances and directing team members, website updates, recruitment postings, email and SMS marketing, push notifications, brand coordination with the purchasing team, and analytics reporting. The role involves creating graphics for in-store signage, supporting events and community outreach, managing online reputation, launching campaigns, and driving online order growth. Proficiency with Canva and AI tools, strong copywriting, organizational skills, comfort with on-camera content creation, and the ability to work on-site in Santa Ana are required. Occasional evenings/weekends may be needed; 21+ required. Experience in cannabis marketing and familiarity with platform restrictions are preferred. The position offers direct collaboration with company leadership, growth opportunities, and a creative, entrepreneurial environment.
