Digital Marketing Content Specialist

Job Summary
Produce internal and external communications materials including digital content, blogs, webinars, customer stories/case studies, video briefs, newsletters, and speaking submissions; develop and implement a social media plan and reporting aligned to marketing and communications strategy; manage the company webinar program including briefs, prep, recordings, and post-webinar promotion; contribute to campaign content (blogs, whitepapers, customer stories, videos, podcasts, webpages); help research, develop and distribute customer surveys; collaborate across multi-functional teams to support marketing and communications efforts; drive a digital-first approach with content such as videos/scripts, social reels, podcasts, and vlogs; report to the Director of Content & Communications; focus on content creation for the enterprise software space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1-2 years relevant work experience in B2B/tech/SaaS industry
- Strong written and oral skills
- Demonstrated ability working within multi-functional teams as a key collaborator
- Experience developing compelling content (blog, social, reports)
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to hit aggressive deadlines
- Project Management and calendar planning skills
- Familiarity with tools: LinkedIn, Hootsuite, YouTube; design/editing software (Adobe Suite, Canva) preferred; Zoom, Teams, Salesforce, Asana, Marketo, Sharepoint experience a plus
