Digital Marketing & Content Lead

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Create compelling written, visual, and video content across social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns while managing content calendars and publishing schedules. Lead storytelling initiatives that strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency in messaging across all digital platforms. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, optimize SEO and SEM initiatives, and coordinate creative production with internal teams and external partners. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools to measure ROI, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Business Development teams to support launches and promotional activities. This role reports directly to the CEO within a publishing and creative media organization focused on digital storytelling.
