Job Summary
Lead digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO, paid media, email, and social channels to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Manage advertising initiatives on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms while optimizing performance and ROI. Track key metrics and website analytics to inform data-driven decision-making, oversee website management and content updates, and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Support proposal development, press releases, and case studies while representing the organization at industry events and networking functions. Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track leads and engagement. This role supports business development and long-term growth objectives for a well-established construction and development firm, requiring a Bachelor's degree and three years of B2B marketing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within construction, AEC, manufacturing, commercial real estate, or related industries
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, paid media, social media, and content development
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to marketing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments
- Full-time position with standard business hours and occasional flexibility to support events and business initiatives
