Job Summary
Own the website as the primary conversion engine by optimizing WordPress pages, forms, and conversion paths while driving CRO through testing and analysis. Lead technical SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered answer engines, managing LinkedIn and YouTube as strategic channels. Own lead scoring, grading, and lifecycle management within Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring accurate campaign attribution and seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs. Maintain a transparent digital marketing calendar covering website updates, content publication, and organic social campaigns, partnering with Content, ABM, and RevOps to align execution with broader objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or revenue marketing within a B2B technology company
- Demonstrated success improving website conversion performance through hands-on optimization
- Strong WordPress experience, including page creation, forms, integrations, and content publishing
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, pixel implementation, and AI-assisted coding tools to troubleshoot, implement, and optimize
- Advanced experience with Salesforce and Pardot
- Experience building and optimizing lead scoring, grading, nurture, and lifecycle programs
- Deep understanding of GA4, GTM, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Proven success managing SEO, AEO, GEO, and digital visibility initiatives
- Experience leveraging review platforms such as G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and TrustRadius
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently move projects from planning through execution
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Hybrid (minimum 3 days in-office per week)
