Digital-marketing and Media Planning Specialist

Job Summary
Develop and implement the media strategy for promotional products to achieve defined KPIs within the approved marketing framework. Collaborate with Product Managers to design and execute media strategies based on market and channel analysis. Oversee media planning and campaign execution across digital channels (web, SMM, SEO, multi-channel campaigns), evaluate effectiveness, and adjust activities as needed. Ensure efficient use of the media marketing budget, including planning, allocation and optimization of spend, and reporting on media investments and performance. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with external stakeholders and opinion leaders, secure ethical promotion of Company products, and comply with health, safety and workplace regulations. Essential skills include strong understanding of core digital marketing channels, web analytics, SEO, social media marketing, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- More than 2 years’ experience in digital marketing and media planning
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across core digital channels (web, social media, SEO and multi‐channel campaigns)
- Demonstrated experience tracking, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance against KPIs
- Experience planning, allocating and optimizing media budgets
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners (agencies, opinion leaders)
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to report on performance
