Job Summary
Manage social media accounts by engaging with the community, posting brand content, reposting user-generated material, and responding to comments and direct messages. Source and contact influencers and partners across the Nordics, Germany, and the US to drive growth. Launch and manage Meta ads while analyzing performance data to suggest activities that increase conversion. Maintain the e-commerce website by updating content and researching user behavior to recommend improvements. Research trending formats and create engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Collaborate with leadership to shape the international direct-to-consumer brand strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Excellent copy & storytelling skills being able to create texts in different tones for different readers, always staying on brand
- Working knowledge of top social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube
- You are absolutely passionate about digital marketing / social media/content/e-commerce!
- You're a self-going individual who can structure your own workday
- Proactive in learning new skills and ways of working
- Ability to have a creative approach to finding new ways of communication as well as having a creative eye for the visual appeal of the brand identity
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive and constructive attitude to tackle also challenging situations
- You are looking to do a full-time LIA internship OR can work at least 30 hours per week, for a minimum of 3 months, preferably 4-5.
Desired Qualifications
- Finnish is a big plus but not a must
- Working knowledge of Meta ads manager
- Working knowledge of Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms) and Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of Klaviyo (or similar email marketing tools)
- Working knowledge of Slack, Planoly, Canva, Google Docs, Excel, Wix (or similar blog platforms)
- Experience in photography (shooting & editing). From idea to caption, editing, and distribution with DSLR camera
- Experience working in Lightroom or Photoshop
- Search Engine Optimization
