Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase patient referrals and promote physician services. Manage NJPNI's online reputation by monitoring Google reviews and responding to inquiries via email and social media. Create and maintain an annual digital marketing calendar, coordinating promotions for new providers, programs, and community events across all platforms. Capture high-quality photo and video content for website and social media, ensuring all digital materials are HIPAA-compliant and consistent with branding standards. Analyze website traffic, search rankings, and engagement metrics to prepare monthly analytics reports with recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with IT, physicians, and executive leadership to refine digital strategies, optimize search engine rankings, and validate provider profiles on directories like Healthgrades and Google Business. Maintain a consistent daily presence on social media, curate content, and engage actively in organic conversations while staying updated on emerging digital trends and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in digital marketing, social media management, brand development, or communications
- Experience developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional marketing certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.)
- Experience creating professional written, graphic, and video content for business or healthcare organizations
- Healthcare or medical practice marketing experience
