Job Summary
Lead digital marketing and communications efforts for the Las Colinas Association by developing and executing content strategies across digital channels, creating engaging graphics, videos, and campaigns, managing social media calendars and paid campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, producing website and newsletter content, coordinating photography/videography for events, overseeing CMS updates and user experience improvements, and coordinating multiple projects with vendors and partners to support community goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, content creation or a related field
- Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms
- Strong working knowledge of industry-standard graphic design tools, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills
- Solid project management and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience creating content across various digital channels, including websites, email marketing and social media
- Experience with website content management systems and email marketing platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
