Job Summary
Digital Marketing Analyst to monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance across channels to support data-driven decision-making. Partners with Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, Product Development, and cross-functional teams to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include tracking full-funnel KPIs, analyzing traffic, ROI, LTV, conversion rate, and spend efficiency; communicating insights and recommendations; building reports and dashboards; creating SOPs and ensuring data accuracy across reporting platforms. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years in marketing/analytics roles, strong understanding of marketing/ecommerce metrics, experience with GA4, Meta, Shopify, and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau), and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or marketing-related role
- 2+ years of experience in an analyst or analytics-related role
- Strong understanding of marketing and ecommerce performance metrics
- Experience with platforms such as GA4, Meta, Shopify, or similar marketing technologies
- Proficiency with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quantitative mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload based on business needs
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities
