Job Summary

Own Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads, optimize spend (CPL and conversion rate), implement and maintain conversion tracking, conduct keyword research and bid management, test and optimize ad creative and audiences, coordinate with stakeholders on messaging, run A/B tests for ads and landing pages, analyze campaign performance, produce weekly/monthly performance reports with insights, and support broader marketing tasks to drive pipeline growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads management and optimization
  • Practical experience running Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns
  • Ability to set up and interpret conversion tracking (e.g., Google Ads tags, GA4, GTM or platform pixels)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable optimizations
  • Ability to build and optimize lead-gen campaigns and demonstrate results in Google and Facebook Ads
  • Comfort working in a remote, freelance/contract setting
  • Willingness to maintain a reliable home office setup (internet, computer, quiet workspace)
  • Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and reporting of performance metrics
  • Familiarity with construction-industry advertising or lead-gen nuances (a plus)
  • Self-motivated, proactive ownership and clear stakeholder communication
