Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of business clients by onboarding new accounts and providing ongoing support as their trusted digital marketing advisor. Develop, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to drive maximum ROI while conducting proactive outreach to understand client objectives and deliver tailored advertising solutions. Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling, supported by accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up. This role requires fluent German, Dutch, or Danish skills and 2+ years of experience in account management or digital marketing. Based in Barcelona, you will join a multicultural team focused on helping businesses expand their global reach through data-driven strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in German, Dutch, or Danish
- Strong English communication skills
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing
- Solid understanding of online advertising and performance marketing (PPC, SEM, social media ads, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Full-time hybrid role in Barcelona (39 hours/week)
