Job Summary
Senior-level PwC Digital Manufacturing role focused on optimizing product development and manufacturing processes through lean principles, digital technologies, and analytics. Lead or support client engagements to analyze lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and design strategies to accelerate speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. Responsibilities include applying Digital Manufacturing applications (MES, CMMS, QMS), Digital Twin, and Industrial IoT solutions; developing value cases; coordinating cross-functional teams; managing client relationships; and communicating insights and recommendations. Travel up to 80% with a focus on delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency and manufacturing performance. Strong leadership, collaboration, and coaching capabilities are essential, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity and align with the client’s strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and/or manufacturing or operations consulting
- Extensive knowledge and experience delivering advisory services in Digital Manufacturing Applications (MES, CMMS, QMS)
- Experience leading or facilitating project management or client consultations
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Ability to develop and coach resources and guide careers of team members
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
