Job Summary
Oversees digital projects from conception to completion; collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project success; analyzes digital trends to drive innovation and improvement; leads planning and execution of digital projects to achieve strategic objectives; manages budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications; defines KPIs and governance structures; implements policies and procedures for compliance; leads project teams and governance for ongoing improvement; requires PMP or PRINCE2 certification and bilingual Spanish/English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on digital technologies and project management
- Hands-On experience leading digital projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and implementing digital strategies in a technology-driven environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is essential to demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies and governance
- Fluent Spanish and English
