Digital Learning Manager H/F

Define and pilot the Digital Learning strategy by elaborating the roadmap, identifying skill gaps, designing multimodal training offers, and tracking performance indicators. Administer and optimize the e-learning LMS/LCMS platforms while structuring digital pedagogical architectures and supervising content creation. Lead end-to-end digital learning projects, managing stakeholders, budgets, and timelines. Support the transformation of store practices by training instructors, deploying digital usage initiatives, and communicating the training value proposition.
