Job Summary

Digital Learning Executive to drive technology-enabled adoptions in higher education. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying targets, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to devise training plans for new and existing adoptions, and developing strategies to retain and expand accounts. Build partnerships with 2- and 4-year institutions to execute profitable, long-term digital courseware growth, align with product development/marketing/market development teams, and advance digital solutions across courses, departments, and institutions. Deliver strategic sales presentations one-on-one and in groups (in-person and remote), manage a robust sales pipeline in SFDC, provide adoption intelligence and reporting, and identify Land & Expand opportunities. Conduct in-person trainings, analyze territory data to improve digital solutions, develop territory and business plans, and provide integration expertise on LMS/LTI implementations. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and a strong drive to sell digital solutions to faculty and students, with travel 40-60% (primarily by car, occasionally by air).
