Job Summary
Digital Knowledge Management Senior Associate responsible for administering and enhancing Digital’s knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint) to enable effective information sharing and operational efficiency. Partners with stakeholders to define information architecture and user experience standards; oversees content governance and quality assurance; set objectives and KPIs; manage metadata, permissions, and site provisioning; ensure compliance with governance standards; leverage AI concepts and Microsoft Copilot in KM processes; produce reporting on content quality, site performance, and user adoption; develop end-user documentation and training; support knowledge-management strategy, roadmap, and operating model; coordinate cross-domain system integrations and information lifecycle management; ongoing system maintenance and training support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of experience in knowledge management, content management, or a related discipline
- Expertise with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Forms (or comparable forms tool) to design and maintain business forms and surveys (required)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and web analytics tools preferred
- Demonstrated project management experience and understanding of project life cycles
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- General understanding of AI concepts and use cases within a knowledge management environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Search
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Graph, Google Analytics, TyGraph)
- Experience applying AI-enabled search and productivity tools (e.g., Copilot Search) and using effective prompting practices
- Travel: Travel may be required
