Job Summary

Administer and improve TUTOR/Moodle enterprise systems by managing learner enrollment, course records, schedules, attendance, and learner dashboards. Perform registrar functions including registration, course assignments, schedule changes, withdrawals, transfers, and completions while maintaining accurate learner profiles, rosters, grades, assessments, and official training records. Coordinate with Government stakeholders, training managers, and instructional systems designers to ensure accurate records, provide recommendations on program visibility, and align curriculum with Department of Defense training objectives. Review registration records for accuracy and compliance, process approved status changes, and reconcile discrepancies among LMS records and source documentation. Respond to inquiries concerning enrollment, schedules, and system access while supporting data-governance and audit-readiness requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Five or more years of relevant experience in registrar operations, LMS administration, enterprise application support, training management, student services, or records administration.
  • Experience managing learner enrollment, registration, schedules, rosters, attendance, grades, completions, or official training records.
  • Experience administering or supporting Moodle or another LMS, including accounts, permissions, course configuration, reporting, exports, usability, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience collecting, validating, maintaining, reconciling, and reporting data from multiple systems or organizations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to develop reports, dashboards, rosters, briefings, and executive-level decision-support products.
  • Strong written communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to protect sensitive learner and personnel information and maintain accurate, auditable records.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Government, military, instructional, administrative, and technical personnel.
  • Must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Some travel will be required

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience serving in a registrar, student-services, academic-coordination, training-management, or records-administration role.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
  • LMS administration, instructional technology, registrar, records-management, or information technology certification.
  • Experience supporting professional military education, or other Department of Defense training organizations.
  • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity, information assurance, privacy, records-management, and audit requirements.
