Digital Insurance Project Manager (Fully Remote)

Oversee and manage the implementation of new and/or existing projects within CoverGo's operations, including leading project planning sessions with internal teams and client staff. Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders while supporting solution proposals, design, submission, and review for client pursuits and PoCs. Manage project progress to ensure deadlines are met, oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, and identify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies. Host regular project reviews to create reports with key metrics about team and project status using company standard metrics. Identify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clients while continuously optimizing and improving processes where necessary.
