Digital Insurance Project Manager (Fully Remote)

Job Summary
As a Digital Insurance Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the implementation of new and/or existing projects within CoverGo's operations. You will engage and manage client/stakeholder relationships, lead project planning sessions with internal teams and clients, support solution proposals and PoCs, participate in proposal processes, assist in contract creation and client communications, identify growth opportunities with existing clients, monitor project progress and adjust as needed, ensure deadlines are met, host regular project reviews with metrics, manage project documentation, identify risks and dependencies, and continuously optimize processes and approaches to improve overall project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field is a plus
- At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager
- At least 3 years experience in insurance
- Insurance domain knowledge
- Strong client facing experience
- Experience seeing projects through full life cycle
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and resourceful
- Proven ability to deliver projects on scope, budget, and timeline
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Based in Canada
