Job Summary
Lead customer analytics and insights for the yuu program and partners to drive sales and engagement. Deliver data-driven insights by leveraging advanced analytics to uncover behavior patterns, next-best actions, and purchase propensity. Design, develop, and deploy BI dashboards and self-serve analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and improve ROI. Support CRM activities through customer targeting, list preparation, and process automation. Maintain KPIs and regular reports on CRM and customer performance. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Statistics or related fields, 1-2 years of data analytics experience, and proficiency in SQL and Python. Based in Hong Kong, this role supports a rewards club serving 4.2 million members across retail and online shopping.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
- 1-2 years' experience working on data analytics, data science, business intelligence, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Finance Service industry
- Confident communicator of analytics to technical and non-technical audience
- A natural curiosity to interrogate data and identify hidden patterns to support business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Solid experience in SQL
- Experience in Python is advantageous
- Experience in data visualizations like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense is advantageous
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus
