Job Summary
Digital Infrastructure Associate (Mid-Level) in Greenberg Traurig's Miami office within the Digital Infrastructure and Cloud Computing Practice. Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, data center leases and development agreements, service level agreements, loan documents, and operating/joint venture agreements. Requires 3-5 years of relevant transactional experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage a challenging workload with a high degree of professionalism. Candidates must be admitted to or eligible for admission to the relevant jurisdiction. Strong academic credentials and interpersonal skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Bar admission to or eligibility for admission in the relevant jurisdiction
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital infrastructure/technology transactions or related practice
- Experience negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, data center leases and development agreements, service level agreements, loan documents, and operating/joint venture agreements
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills
- Admitted to or eligible for admission to the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and ability to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment
