Job Summary
Digital/Influencer Coordinator supports day-to-day digital and influencer activities for client campaigns. Responsibilities include community management across key social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube), learning and using social listening/measurement tools, publishing content, monitoring conversations, identifying and vetting influencers, compiling social content calendars, collaborating with designers and project managers, brainstorming digital activations, contributing to client/team meetings, monitoring trends, assisting with new business materials, and supporting intern management. The role involves hands-on involvement with influencer research, reporting, and strategy support, with a hybrid NYC office presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Past experience in running brand social channels and/or influencer programming (either in-house or at agency)
- Proven ability to effectively organize multiple deadlines across accounts and teams
- Expert-level project management skills
- Solid foundation in digital marketing, across social + influencer (paid and organic)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple accounts/address multiple client needs
- Has a finger on the pulse of pop culture, trends, entertainment, and news
