Job Summary

Lead high-volume packshot photography for cosmetic and beauty products using Orbitvu Alphashot systems, ensuring consistent lighting, colour accuracy, and brand-compliant styling. Build, mentor, and scale an in-house team of Photographers, Retouchers, and Image Editors while defining retouching standards and enforcing post-production workflows for global e-commerce platforms. Oversee daily studio operations, capacity planning, and quality checkpoints to deliver consistent visuals across Amazon, Sephora, and other marketplaces without compromising timelines. Manage end-to-end imaging pipelines from shot lists to final approvals, collaborating closely with Global Teams to align output with business goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Orbitvu packshot systems (mandatory)
  • Proven expertise in product photography, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of colour management, calibration and image accuracy
  • Experience handling high-volume e-commerce image production
  • Orbitvu systems (Alphashot, Photoshoot, Station)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Advanced)
  • Colour calibration tools (X-Rite, Datacolor, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience leading and scaling photography and post-production teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a process-driven mindset
  • 7-10 years of experience in product photography or e-commerce imaging
  • Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Design, or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Digital Asset Management systems (preferred)
  • Project management tools (Asana or similar)
  • Prior experience in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or FMCG preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic and quality-first mindset
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on execution and leadership responsibilities
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability and passion for consistency and excellence
