Digital IC Implementation Engineer
On-siteCambridge, England, United Kingdom
Job Summary
As a Digital IC Implementation Engineer at Raspberry Pi, you will contribute to the full silicon implementation flow from RTL to GDS, collaborating with the design team to meet ambitious performance, power, and area targets. You will participate in physical design activities across the flow (timing constraints, UPF, synthesis, place & route, CTS, STA, formal verification, ECO methodologies, and physical verification) and support tapeout sign‐off. The role requires hands-on experience with full tapeouts on advanced nodes, chip-level floorplanning, power integrity, and development of constraints, plus scripting to drive tools. Mentorship and strong communication are expected, with on-site work in our Cambridge office. Knowledge of Cadence tool flows, complex design implementation, FinFET technologies, and front-end processes are highly valued.
