Digital Humanitarian Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead project implementation for the CLIF Digital Humanitarian initiative in Ukraine, coordinating resources, drafting reports, and liaising with clients and sub-awardees. Ensure compliance with donor requirements, monitor project risks, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders. Manage budget development, approve expense reports and invoices, and oversee spending rates while supporting knowledge management and hiring activities. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, representing the project at external meetings and events. This role supports VIA Wallet technology deployment for veterans, requiring fluency in Ukrainian and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent
- Civil Society, Communication and Social Marketing, Economic Development, Education, the Environment, Gender, Health, Nutrition, Research, Technology and Youth or a Related Fields
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience with projects management principles and practices
- Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), government agency, or private organization
- Fluency in Ukrainian
- Fluency in English
- Ability to spend long hours looking at a computer screen and doing repetitive work on a keyboard
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 5 - 25 lbs
- 10% Travel
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management (PM) Certification
- Experience with humanitarian sector and/or cash assistance programs
- Experience with project start-up and scale-up
