Job Summary
Support managers and staff to effectively use HR self-service tools by developing user guides, process documentation, and practical resources. Assist with testing, implementation, and adoption of system enhancements while using data and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement across Oracle Cloud HCM. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and increase self-service adoption, collaborating with payroll, talent acquisition, and HR Systems Administrator to streamline people processes. This full-time role involves 37.5 hours per week based at the Hamilton campus, with a salary range of $73,235 to $87,024 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in NZ in accordance with the NZ Immigration regulations
- Strong digital literacy and confidence using enterprise software and business systems
- The ability to identify issues, recommend improvements, and follow through on solutions
- Confidence working with data, reports, and information systems
- A collaborative and adaptable approach to working with others
- A learning mindset and enthusiasm for new technologies, including AI-enabled tools
- Experience using Oracle Cloud HCM or another HRIS
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Oracle Cloud HCM or another HRIS would be highly advantageous
