Job Summary
Act as a technical expert to account leads and HQ on Digital Health strategies, aligning EXAS capabilities with customer EHR systems to advance business outcomes. Exhibit deep insights into local market dynamics while assisting marketing in developing new resources and monitoring external environments for innovative needs. Identify market shaping opportunities with vendors, influencers, and stakeholders, then establish relationships with high-priority decision makers and Key Opinion Leaders to influence clinical protocols. Collaboratively uncover unexpressed customer technology needs, deliver regular business reviews, and create strategic plans targeting sales goals. Ensure cross-functional alignment on opportunities and uphold company Quality Management System policies. This role requires 50% travel, a standard work shift, and an Associate's degree with 10+ years in health information technology or marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- 10+ years of experience working in health information technology, marketing, or commercial field
- Basic computer skills to include Internet navigation, Email usage, and word processing
- Ability to meet any requirements set by healthcare facilities for access to those facilities (e.g. vaccination requirements, mask requirements, etc.)
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation
- Ability to travel 50% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel
Desired Qualifications
- Strong IT acumen & knowledge of Digital Health platforms and applications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of how Digital Health is currently leveraged in US market and within health systems
- Demonstrated success in establishing, developing and maintaining relationships; influencing others
