Job Summary
Deliver telehealth physical therapy and RTM services via digital platforms, including evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring; act as liaison to in-clinic providers; help develop and grow CORA’s digital health program; collaborate with operations and Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services; analyze regional service metrics and participate in program development and marketing; adhere to APTA guidelines and maintain professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist License
- Minimum of two years of outpatient or digital clinical experience
Additional Requirements
- Must be in a compact state or Compact PT License-eligible. Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states.
