Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role for Physical Therapist delivering telehealth and RTM, with 3 days in-person at CORA clinic in Port Orange, FL and 2 days remote as part of a full-time Digital Health program. Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for diverse orthopedic and neurologic patients, objectively measure outcomes using advanced software, document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, and use a digital platform to provide telehealth visits and RTM. Serves as a liaison between patients, in-clinic treating providers, and the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services; participates in program development and marketing efforts; CORA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (or in process)
