Job Summary
Physical Therapist in CORA’s Digital Health program hybrid role: 3 days in-clinic and 2 days telehealth delivering remote therapeutic monitoring and telehealth services. Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for diverse orthopedic and neurologic patients, document evaluations and treatments, use digital platforms for telehealth visits and RTM, collaborate with in-clinic treating providers and Director of Digital Health to grow remote services, analyze regional service metrics, and participate in program development and marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in a state with compact agreements (and willing to obtain licensure in additional states)
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy program
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
