Job Summary
Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and work-related injuries using cutting-edge software. Perform telehealth visits and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, including interactive communication and outcome measurement. Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes while maintaining regular reporting of regional service metrics. Serve as a liaison between providers and the Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services and participate in program development and marketing efforts. Work 40 hours weekly with a hybrid schedule of three on-site clinic days and two remote days. Requires a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy diploma and a state license, with telehealth experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (or in process)
- Must be licensed in any compact state
- Must also be willing to obtain licensure in other states
- Must be available for hybrid role (3 days in person at CORA clinic and 2 days remote)
- Full-time employment (40 hours/week, 5 days/week)
