Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role combines in-clinic physical therapy with telehealth/Remote Therapeutic Monitoring. Develop and deliver personalized care plans for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, objectively measure outcomes with digital software, and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. Deliver telehealth visits and RTM services using a digital platform, collaborate with treating clinicians and the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services, and participate in program development and marketing efforts to expand CORA’s digital health offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (or in process)
