Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role combining in-clinic physical therapy and telehealth, providing digital health services including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring; develops digital health program and serves as liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers; delivers telehealth visits, documents evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes; uses digital platform to deliver telehealth and RTM services; collaborates with operations to meet patient care and staffing needs; analyzes regional service metrics and participates in program development and marketing as directed by the Director of Digital Health; CORA Physical Therapy is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (or in process)
- Willingness to obtain licensure in other states
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
