Job Summary
Hybrid role delivering physical therapy in-person at the CORA clinic for 3 days and remote as a Digital Health Specialist for 2 days each week. Responsibilities include providing digital health services such as telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring, developing personalized plans of care for a diverse orthopedic and neurologic patient population, objectively measuring patient outcomes with digital tools, documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, delivering therapy via digital platforms, performing RTM and telehealth services, collaborating with clinic operations to expand remote services, communicating with treating clinicians to revise treatment as appropriate, and serving as a liaison between providers and the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services. The role supports program development, reporting, and marketing efforts within CORA Digital Health. Requires licensure in FL with willingness to obtain licensure in other states and a CAPTE-approved PT education credential. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Board licensed Physical Therapist to practice
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
- Willing to obtain licensure in other states
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
- Experience in Outpatient setting
