Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role for a licensed Physical Therapist in Lincoln, NE. 3 days in clinic at the CORA clinic and 2 days remote delivering digital health services including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. Develops and delivers a personalized plan of care for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses; objectively measures patient outcomes using software; documents evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes; uses digital platforms to deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development; participates in program development, marketing, and liaison activities between patients and in-clinic treating providers; supports operations to deliver digital services and ensure staffing needs; maintains regular reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics; Works with Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services at CORA.
Required Qualifications
- Board licensed Physical Therapist
- Experience in outpatient setting
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
- Willingness to obtain licensure in other states
- Telehealth / digital health experience preferred
