Job Summary
Hybrid Physical Therapy role combining in-clinic outpatient PT with a remote Digital Health Specialist component. Provides digital health services including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, develops and delivers personalized plans of care for orthopedic/neurologic patients, documents outcomes and facilitates telehealth visits, and collaborates with the Director of Digital Health to grow remote services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a board licensed Physical Therapist to practice
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
