Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist / Physical Therapist provides telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring, develops personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, and uses digital platforms to measure outcomes and document evaluations, treatments, and re-evaluations. The DHS serves as a liaison between patients, in-clinic treating providers, and the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services. Role includes in-person clinic days (Bluffton, SC) and remote work, 40 hours/week, five days, with potential relocation assistance. Requires CAPTE-approved PT program and SC license (or in process); minimum 2 years outpatient clinical experience; digital health services experience preferred. The posting emphasizes outpatient orthopedic and neurological conditions, telehealth delivery, RTM services, data analysis, and program development/marketing support within CORA Physical Therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (Outpatient)
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
