Job Summary
Hybrid Physical Therapist opportunity in Lawrenceville, GA as Digital Health Specialist. Provides digital health services including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, serving as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. Role includes developing and delivering personalized plans of care for diverse orthopedic and neurologic patients, objectively measuring outcomes with advanced software, documenting evaluations and treatments, conducting telehealth visits and RTM, supporting digital health program growth, and collaborating with the Director of Digital Health. Requires CAPTE-approved PT education and an active Florida license; may require licensure in additional states. This full-time hybrid role consists of 3 days in-clinic and 2 days remote weekly, with potential to expand digital health services and regional metrics reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Board licensed Physical Therapist
- Florida PT license (FL)
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Experience in Outpatient setting
- Willingness to obtain licensure in other states
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
