Job Summary
Hybrid, full-time Digital Health Specialist role for a licensed Physical Therapist in Charleston, WV. Combines 3 days in-clinic at CORA Physical Therapy with 2 days remote telehealth/RTM responsibilities. Develops and delivers personalized care plans, measures patient outcomes with digital tools, documents evaluations and treatment notes, conducts telehealth visits and RTM services, supports operations to grow remote services, and acts as a liaison between patients, in-clinic providers, and the Director of Digital Health. Requires licensing in FL and willingness to obtain licensure in other states; emphasizes program development, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to expand digital health services.
Required Qualifications
- Board licensed Physical Therapist
- Outpatient setting experience
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
