Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role for a licensed Physical Therapist in Houston, TX. In this full-time position, provide outpatient orthopedic and neurologic care with a focus on digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. Develop and deliver personalized care plans, objectively measure patient outcomes using advanced software, and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. Deliver telehealth visits and RTM services, support operations to scale digital services, and act as a liaison between patients, in-clinic treating providers, and the Director of Digital Health to optimize remote care delivery. Engage in program development, data analysis, and marketing efforts to grow CORA’s remote health offerings; participate in professional development opportunities and adhere to Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Board licensed Physical Therapist
- PHYS THERAPIST license in FL
- CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy program diploma
- Experience in Outpatient setting preferred
- Willingness to obtain licensure in other states
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
