Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist/Physical Therapist role delivering telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring. Develops and delivers personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, using a digital platform for evaluations, treatments, and RTM, while collaborating with in-clinic treating providers and serving as a liaison to optimize and grow remote services. Requires a CAPTE-approved PT program diploma and GA licensure (or in process), and at least 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; includes opportunities for program development, marketing, and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in GA (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (Outpatient)
