Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist - Hybrid

Job Summary
Develop personalized plans of care for patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and sport injuries while objectively measuring outcomes using cutting-edge software. Deliver telehealth visits and perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, including interactive communication and treatment plan development via digital platforms. Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes to support operations and meet staffing needs. Serve as a liaison between patients, in-clinic providers, and the Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services and grow the digital health program. Participate in program development, marketing efforts, and regional service metrics reporting. Requires a Florida PT license, 2+ years of outpatient experience, and willingness to obtain licensure in other states. Required Qualifications
- Must be located in Temple Terrace, FL (or within driving distance)
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (Outpatient)
- Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
